Issue/Introduction

After retiring a Spectrum landscape from the Distributed SpectroSERVER (DSS) environment, some User Groups have disappeared in the Spectrum OneClick Users tab.

Cause

OneClick caches a lot of information. The retiring the Spectrum Landscape from the DSS, that information is still in the OneClick cache.

Component : Spectrum OneClick

Resolution

Restart tomcat on the OneClick system to clear the cache and rebuild from current information.
