We need to know if migrating from SQL Server 2012 to SQL Server 2019, without going through the 2016 version, is this possible?

Release : 10.6+

Component : DevTest Application Test

Currently, we only support versions 10.6 or 10.7. I verified both of these releases support SQL Server 2019. As far as our product is concerned, we don't have any requirements related to upgrading SQL Server databases. I recommend you work with your SQL Server DBA, and that they take a full backup of your databases before they migrate them to the 2019 release.

I check the Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Database documentation, which can be found at According to the documentation, you should be able to upgrade SQL Server 2012 (11.x) directly to SQL Server 2019 (15.x). However, I highly recommend you verify this with your SQL Server DBA before migrating the databases.
