Issue/Introduction

We have recently installed Autosys WebUI in our environment. We are facing below issue.

1. WebUI agent inventory issue: Agent missing in WebUI Agent inventory tab but when we update the webUI configuration it will show up for the active session and again went off once session is refreshed.

Resolution

If you wanted to get it working without needed a domain prefix we recommend applying the very latest WCC 12.0 patch, 99111386. It includes a fix related to multi-domain issues such as what you are facing.
