AWI: Process Monitoring: Name column initially not visible

Issue/Introduction

Sometimes when opening the Process Monitoring perspective, the Name column appears as just a small sliver a few pixels wide.

When this happens, neither the column heading nor the content is visible.

 

 

The size of the the colonne 'Name' can be simply adjusted with the mouse and then it will show up.

Cause

This is a bug from the AWI

Environment

Release : 12.3 Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Resolution

Workaround to force the saving of the settings 

-- Adjusting the size of the column in Process Monitoring.

-- Staying on that Panel 

-- Doing a clean Log Out via the 'Logout' function from the User menu (upper corner right in AWI).

 

Update to one of the following product version or higher (Remember that AWI and AE versions must be always aligned).

--  Automation.Engine 12.3.9 -- available mid of june 2022

--  Automation.Engine 21.0.3 -- available end of june 2022
