When logged in to the Security Analytics appliance, under the License Details page, the perpetual capture license is there, but the Symantec Intelligence Services subscription is missing even though the license on the support portal shows the license is active.
With Security Analytics version prior to 8.2.5, the Intelligence Services subscription requires manual intervention to enable it on the Security Analytics license even though the license is showing as active in the license portal. To fix the problem, open a support case with technical support for assistance with getting the subscription added to the backend Security Analytics license.
