Resolution

The job is trying to access a dataset that is catalogued in the catalog reported in the message, for example: 

DSN=CATALOG.MASTER.TSPT.VSCTT01

Permit READ access to the catalog dataset reported:

TSS PERMIT(acid) DSN(CATALOG.MASTER.TSPT.VSCTT01) ACCESS(READ)
