Issue/Introduction

A job is receiving a TSS7221E dataset not accessible for  catalog.master.tspt.vsctt01

even though the message is issued the job still completes.

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : Top Secret for z/OS

Resolution

The job is trying to access a dataset that is catalogued in 
the catalog reported in the message
e.g DSN=CATALOG.MASTER.TSPT.VSCTT01.

Read permission to the Catalogue for the dataset has not been granted.

Grant Read to the Catalogue reported.
