KB document permissions are not honored for Employee access in Service Point.
1. Create a KB or for an existing KB assign permission at the Group level for both Read and Write:
2. Group doesn't have an employee user as a member
3. Login as an employee who doesn't belong to the above group, in regular GUI, the KB is seen:
4. In Service Point the KBs are seen:

The issue is seen when the Employee Role doesn't have default Data Partition assigned.

After enabling the above data partition issue is no longer seen.
