How to Change dataset allocation for SMPSNAP dataset for Compliance Event Manager

Issue/Introduction
When trying to receive maintenance to compliance event manager
the SMPE receive step in CA CSM fails due to insufficient space with a B37-04 abend for the SMPSNAP DD that is failing.
What is easiest way to change the SMPSNAP dddef allocation.

Resolution
The easiest way to update the SMPSNAP DD allocation is to do it via the SMPe
panels in ISPF.
The panels to follows are as follows..

Specify the name of the CSI that contains the global zone:
SMPCSI DATA SET ===> 'ACF2R16.CSI'
(Leave blank for a list of SMPCSI data set names.)
Specify YES to have DD statements for SYSOUT and temporary
data sets generated. Specify NO, to use DDDEFs.
Generate DD statements ===> NO

E - on the command line to edit the library type DDDEFs
D - next to entry to delete an entry
S - next to entry to update an entry
When the list is complete, enter END .
