How to activate Option 3.9 - Panvalet Create Utility?

Issue/Introduction

Getting the message "Function not active" while trying the option: 9 - Panvalet Create Utility.

Resolution

1. Change the Option &SF053 = 'N' to 'Y' in member PSPIPOPT in the CBA5PNL0 library
2. Log off TSO and back on.
3. Make sure the CBA5SKL0 Skeleton library is allocated properly and the proper PSPIPOPT panel is getting picked up with the current version.
4. Make sure you are pointing to the correct CBA3LINK in the logon proc.
