Issue/Introduction

In Clarity hierarchies in the new UX, you cannot load the timeline view and it happens for all hierarchies. It makes Hierarchy Timeline view unusable in Production where this issue happens.

Environment

Release : 16.0.0

Component : Clarity MUX Custom Objects and Custom Investments

Resolution

This issue is reproducible via defect with engineering.

DE64290/CASUP - Hierarchy Timeline view is not loading
SUMMARY: Hierarchy timeline view is not loading in the Prod environment. This happens for all hierarchies.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 
1- Open hierarchy and click the Timeline layout
2- Timeline view is blank
3- Click View Options gives an error, Could not Load the View.

Expected Results: Hierarchy Timeline view opens successfully. 
Actual Results: Timeline view is blank and View Options gives an error "Could not load view".
Workaround: None.

Additional Information

The issue is fixed after the Clarity Saas upgrade to 16.0.1 release install. The new navigation capabilities in the Hierarchies may help with some Hierarchy timeline view issues.
