Issue/Introduction

We cannot browse job from WCC.

CAUAJM_E_10062 Failed to get  initial configuration from CA WAAE Application Server(s)
E139012 Autosys error response:CAUAJM_E_10062 Failed to get  initial configuration from CA WAAE Application Server(s)
E131003 Error loading the job:E180010 Could not establish a connection to CA Workload Automation AE; invalid server context

Resolution

The issue is not with WCC

Found that the scheduler and application server services are not running because they are not able to connect to Oracle database.

Further we found that the TNS_ADMIN location is also missing.

Customer had upgraded java on Autosys and WCC servers and in that process the oracle client files seem to have been wiped out.

After recovering Oracle client folder and restarting the server, it is working fine.
