ALARM_URL field difference.

Issue/Introduction

For UIM alarms, the value of alarm_url in the notification sent by the notification channel is not consistent.

1) When triggered by a policy, the alarm_url refers to UIM

2) When "Send To" option in the DX-OI alarm list is used, the alarm_url refers to DOI

The difference in the origin value lies in how the notification channel is reached. The "Send To" option in the alarm list in DX-OI is used to send the alarm to any channel, either webhook or notification. So when you use "Send To", the origin is certainly OI.

On the other hand, if it is the policy that activates the channel, the origin is that of the alarm.

Taking this into consideration, the behavior shown in relation to the origin is as expected.
