Trying to allow some ACF2 users to change their logon proc at TSO signon

Issue/Introduction

There a several users that need to be able to select their LOGON PROCEDURE at tso logon.  

The user appears to have the LGN-PROC attribute but they still do not stop at the TIME SHARING OPTION menu to allow them to change it.  There are other ids that have had this ability for a long time.  

What causes this?

Resolution

The logonid TSOFSCRN|NOTSOFSCRN setting controls whether at a user can use the full-screen logon display. This field is a (Bit field) in Logonid Record Section: TSO.
