Issue/Introduction
1) Is the job to allocate the coupling facility list structure, needed to run on every lpar where the Xmanager is active?
2) Is the job to allocate the coupling facility list structure, needed to run once and never more, or to be scheduled it in other situations?
3) After the ipl of an lpar, do the jobs need to be run again?

Resolution
The job that allocates the coupling facility list structure only needs to run 1 time on an LPAR in
the SYSPLEX that shares the Coupling Facility.
If there are multiple SYSPLEX's then it would need to be run 1 time on each.
The job should only need to be run one time unless the CF structure was deleted and then it would need to rerun to reallocate the structure.
Once allocated the CF structure will be persistent.
