Issue/Introduction
When running an AdminUI and trying to launch the browser from the
Windows Menu to access the AdminUI, this one shows permanently the
message :
Launching WAM UI ...
and the AdminUI login page never shows up.
Resolution
At first glance, this might occur if the AdminUI is not running, or if
you just installed the AdminUI, and you've not rebooted the machine
already when running on Windows.
