Attachments Stop working,

CA Service Management - Service Desk Manager


About once a week, it becomes impossible to attach files to tickets, or to access existing attachments. 

Users get an error when attaching tickets that they are unable to connect to the server (see attached error screenshot)  Restarting TOMCAT on all of the Service desk servers seems to fix the issue untill the next time.
