About once a week, it becomes impossible to attach files to tickets, or to access existing attachments.
Users get an error when attaching tickets that they are unable to connect to the server. Restarting TOMCAT on all of the Service desk servers seems to fix the issue until the next time.

Recommended to try increasing the maxthreads setting in Tomcat. Here is an article that explains how to do this:
