Issue/Introduction
I don't know where the Workload Automation System Agent is installed on my server. How can I find the agent?
Resolution
On Windows Servers:
Launch Services panel in Windows.
Locate the Agent in the listing of Services.
Right click on the Agent Service and choose Properties.
The Service Properties is displayed. About half way down on the panel you will see "Path to Executable."
This is where the agent is installed.
On UNIX Servers:
Logon to the UNIX/Linux server where agent is installed.
At command line enter the command string find / -name cybAgent -print 2>/dev/null Note: Some derivatives of Linux provide support for locate command. So, a simple locate cybAgent would work also. This does not work on UNIX platforms (AIX, Solaris, HP-UX, etc.)
