Issue/Introduction

For security reasons, the use of SMBv2 and TLS 1.2 is needed to be implemented on XCOM GATEWAY.

The current version being used is r12.0, Build 005).

Does this build supports either of these.

Resolution

XCOM Gateway added SMBv2 and SMBv3 support for UNC paths in Patch006. 

XCOM Gateway has supported HTTPS since the beginning.

There were a few issues in Onward delivery that have been resolved in the initial patches (Patch 001 and Patch 003). 

 

Broadcom recently released Gateway Patch 010 which is a cumulative of all the fixes.  (As of 11th March 2022)
