Export to CSV fails with ToDo list >500 instances

Issue/Introduction

OBA Todo and Staff grids do not export correctly when there are more than 500 records.

If there are more than the limit of 500 records on the oba todo or staff grid the export to CSV fails.

Clarity 15.9.X

Cause

This is caused by DE62048

Resolution

This is fixed in Clarity 16.0

Additional Information

Other similar limits at the time of exporting to CSV were lifted in Clarity 15.9.3

Unable to export project assignments to CSV when the total amount of records is higher than 500
