Issue/Introduction

Using just ELEVATION function with no ticket and no connection to a service desk, are there any problems if you don't start the two STCs, TAMSTC and SVJSTC ?

Resolution

Running TAMSTC and SVJSTC are not required to process ELEVATE when you define TAMCLASS with TICKREQ(NO).
