TAMSTC handles interfacing with NIM to connect to the service desk product.
SJVSTC is the interface between the ESM and TAMSTC. SJVSTC also handles other TAMz features such as logging and elevation fallback.
Both of these are needed for performing Ticket evaluation on an Elevation.
