Resolution

Reference and use official Oracle timezonescan be found in Oracle documentation / on Oracle site.

For example:

Instead of using the time zone "US/Pacific-New", it is recommended to use "America/Los_Angeles"

To change the time zone in Applications Manager, there are 2 locations that need to be edited:

1. Edit the Master's Agent and change the Time zone value in the Automation Engine Options tab.

2. Edit the Master's awenv.ini and change the TZ value, save, and restart Applications Manager processes/service (Windows).
