Issue/Introduction

Ran script to upgrade 12.1 Build 217 to the latest available release, Build 221.

Noted that while the script ran to an otherwise 'successful' completion, the About display still reads Build 12.1.6 Build 217.

The 2 non-fatal errors point to an issue with -- build.xml:

Resolution

The problem occurred because of the customer's non-standard install configuration. Following an upgrade of Apache Tomcat 9.0.31 to 9.0.44, CA_OM_Web_Viewer12.war was renamed to ROOT.war to resolve another, different problem. To accommodate that and to resolve this problem, Build 221 was re-installed, but instead of deploying to directory CAOMWebViewer12 ..  deployment was directed to path/directory ROOT.
