View - CICS region getting ASRA - S0C1 abend

Issue/Introduction

We have a single CICS region that is getting an ASRA-S0C1 abend.

This region uses the same View loadlib as all the other regions on the same LPAR.

Even upon recycling, the region still has the abend.

Please let us know as to what is needed so that this no longer occurs.

Resolution

The S0C1 occurred from the CICS transaction that references PROG EBCXMCIC or EE0XMCIC. 
This is caused by CICS INIT transaction for PROG EBCCINIT or EE0CINIT not being issued.

The client included the INIT transaction in their CICS startup, and the S0C1 problems stopped.
