CA ASM Monitor section is blank for Admins

Issue/Introduction
Admin users in ASM are not getting monitor list and it is showing blank.
List is getting populated for non-admin users.
Environment
Release : SAAS
Component : APP SYNTHETIC MONITOR ENVIRONMENTAL
Resolution
Was built on image that did not have memory increased. So, a low memory limit was reached. This was corrected and verified as working by the customer.
