Issue/Introduction
When downloading the SMA (Symantec Management Agent) and installing for Linux using the command line "# chmod u+x aex-bootstrap-linux && ./aex-bootstrap-linux", the error "./AltirisAgentInstaller: line 103: /root/AltirisAgentInstaller.data/AltirisAgentInstaller.bin: No such file or directory" is returned.
Environment
ITMS 8.6 and later
Cause
User attempted to install 32bit agent on a 64bit platform
Resolution
Download correct ULM agent (64bit for 64bit platform)
