PTF LU04933 upgrades the version to 14.0.3 build 14.0.43 Web Viewer?

Issue/Introduction

We have installed CA Web Viewer 14.0. We currently don't have the PTF LU04933 applied. My query is whether applying the PTF LU04933 upgrades the version to 14.0.3 build 14.0.43? 

I checked the solution document for the PTF LU04933 and it doesn't mention about the version change as stated above, but talks of Security or Integrity Problem and the PE PTFs it corrects. Of the two PE PTFs it corrects, we only have PE PTF LU04278 applied and don't have the PE PTF LU03937.  

Please let me know whether you suggest us to apply the PTF LU04933 and whether the version upgrades to 14.0.3 build 14.0.43 by applying it?

Because PTF LU04933 provides cumulative maintenance, it does not make any difference whether PTF LU03937 is applied or not. Yes, we definitely recommend that you apply PTF LU04933 as it will bring you to the current Build of Web Viewer 14.0. For LU04933 the start-up messages and about box will show Version 14.0.3 Build: 14.0.43 #8adc4b20 2022-02-28 17:35:36.
