Issue/Introduction

We have noticed that after the Spectrum 21.2.6 upgrade the memory utilization keeps on going up. 

We believe Spectrum has a memory leak and we can see in the resolved issues for 21.2.8 that a memory leak has been fixed.

Can we please get this fix for 21.2.6?

Release : 21.2.6

Component :SpectroSERVER.

Cause

Code Defect which is causing a memory leak.

Resolution

Please open a support issue and request patch 21.02.06.D44c

This defect has been fixed Spectrum 21.2.8 and higher

Symptom: Users are observing high memory utilization after upgrading to 21.2.6.
Resolution: Code changes are made to address the memory leak issue. (DE526041, 32986192, 21.2.8)

Additional Information

21.02.06.D44c also fixes performance issues that occur after an upgrade to 21.2.6.

Customers also reported this kind of memory leak behavior, where most of the landscapes the SS memory utilization seems to grow at a slow rate since the upgrade, but in one or a few landscapes the SS memory utilization seem to fluctuate dramatically and which leads to Out of Memory and crashes the SS application.

21.02.06.D40 also fixes OneClick performance issues that occur after an upgrade to 21.2.6.
