Environment Promotion - Filters - Roles/Users Not Promoted

Issue/Introduction

We have successfully promoted all objects from our Test Environment to the New Production Environment. Upon validating the Environment Promotion, we noticed that Users to which APM Filters are assigned were not promoted. Is this a limitation of the Environment Promotion feature?

Resolution

the given behaviour for the functionality is working as designed.  Users associated with the Filters will not be Promoted from source to destination.  Data filters themselves should transfer across as part of Environment Promotion.  However, the relationship between Users and data filters would be excluded from source to destination.
