Unable to clone policies after upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Post upgrade and migration, its no longer possible to clone any policies.  Old policies still work, and newly created policies don't appear impacted.

Release : 15.7

Resolution

Logs show an error message "Duplicate key Optional.emptyjava.lang.IllegalStateException: Duplicate key Optional.empty" error when trying to duplicate/clone a policy.  This is caused by a corrupted XML, and makes cloning the policy impossible.  While this will prevent cloning a policy, it shouldn't prevent a policy from working with the different DLP components. 

 

As a work around, you should rebuild the policy.  After rebuild, cloning the new policy will be possible.
