Issue/Introduction

During the installation of  CA Identity Governance(14.5). see the following error  Flexeraax2$aaa Windows DLL failed to load

 

 

 

Environment

Release:  Identity Governance 14.5

 

Cause

JDK version appears to be the cause in this instance

Current version: JDK: java 1.8_391

Server OS: Windows 2016, Windows 2019

 

 

Resolution

Under the Windows environment, specify the following option

JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS= "-Dos.name=Windows 7"
