Issue/Introduction

ntevl alarms policies with Static Threshold set with the equal operand, =, do not generate alarms

Example:

Environment

Any UIM version

Cause

Threshold is not properly configured

Resolution

This behavior is expected when the threshold value is not met.

Launch DrNimbus and confirm the samplevalue seen for the ntevl QOS_MESSAGE. If the samplevaue is not 1, the alarm will not generate.

In this scenario the samplevalue was greater than 1, recommendation is to us >= 1
