We would like to know if DRAS V12.1 is compatible with View/Deliver V14.0

Resolution

The answer to your DRAS & VIEW compatibility question depends on which release of the "Web Viewer" product you are running...

- If you are running Web Viewer release 12.1, in conjunction with View 14.0, then you will need to run "DRAS release 14.0" in order for the products to be compatible.

- If you are running Web Viewer release 14.0, DRAS IS NOT USED, so Web Viewer 14.0 is already compatible with View 14.0.
