Issue/Introduction

Request to add option to "Expire" request on the One-Click Emails. Can this be added to the HTML code of the body of the email template?

Cause

Customer looking for a EXPIRE request in the One-Click Emails as One-Click Email currently provides APPROVE and DENY capability and not EXPIRE capability. Can the One-Click approval emails allow a URL for "EXPIRE" as it allows for ""APPROVE" and "DENY". As for EXPIRY also customers want to avoid the need to login to PAM for expiring the request.

Resolution

Currently (at the time of writing this article - March 7th, 2022) EXPIRE is not supported via One-Click email related to Password View Request.
