CSM's updating CA RS maintenance encounters 'No sites found' message

Issue/Introduction

Using Chorus 6.0 to update CA RS maintenance the following error was encountered: 'No sites found that allowed XXXXXXX to be retrieved (where XXXXXX is a PTF number).  In this particular scenario 2 siteIDs are associated with the end-user.  One containing all the licensed mainframe products and the other 2 non-mainframe products.

Cause

Missing credentials.

Resolution

Re-adding login credentials and performing update keys/siteIDs (under Product Actions), resolved the problem condition.
