Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to use Autosys to trigger a process (in this case a Powershell script) on a Windows server, if there is no Autosys Agent installed on that server?

Unfortunately, no you cannot execute a remote process on a windows host unless that specific windows host has an agent on it.  

There is a job type called PROXY but it cannot be used against a windows remote host, only UNIX , HP Integrity NonStop, and OpenVMS.
