VIPEG upgrade fails - Carbon Black App Control

Issue/Introduction

VIPEG Live update did not complete.

Attempt manual upgrade but that is also failing and the VIPEG console shows older version.

Cause

Customer had "VMWare Carbon Black App Control" which prevents system changes.

It was blocking the changes so the upgrade failed.

Resolution

Temporarily disable the "Carbon Black App Control" and perform the upgrade.
