siteminderagent/redirectjsp throwing 404 after upgrading from 12.8 SP2 to 12.8Sp5 Access gateway

Issue/Introduction

- Unable to access /siteminderagent/redirectjsp After upgrading    (http 404) 

Environment

R12.8.2 to R12.8.5

Cause

Details:-

- Access gateway Upgraded from 12.8 Sp2 to 12.8 SP5 Access Gateway on Redhat 
- Access gateway is used for Federation 
- Access gateway R12.8 SP2 from previous of the redirect.jsp as prodredirect.jsp  that is used in his partnership for the auth URL 
- Access gateway R12.8 SP5 is using /siteminderagent/redirectjsp/prodredirect.jsp  for his Auth URL instead of /affwebservices/redirectjsp/prodredirect.jsp
- After the upgrade , Access gateway R12.8 SP5 keeps getting 404 whenever accessing the /siteminderagent/redirectjsp/prodredirect.jsp
- This was an inplace Upgrade

Resolution

The defect was fixed in 12.8.07. Please use Access gateway 12.8.07.
