PDSMAN fails with a S0C Abend after Omegamon Upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Upgraded from V5.2 to V5.4 post upgrade when starting Omegamon, the PDSM started task gets a S0C4 abend after installing PSDMAN updated maintenance. 

SYSTEM COMPLETION CODE=0C4 REASON CODE=00000011 

Environment

Release : 7.7

Component : PDSMAN for OS/390

Resolution

Apply PTF -  RO94289 to fix this problem.

Or 

If PTF - RO61137 is applied

Add  the following DD statement to the job:
