Does the Cloud Storage feature need to be enabled for MIP integration to work

Issue/Introduction

I need to suggest or enforce MIP tags when files are saved with Office. 

Environment

Release: 15.x+

Resolution

The Cloud Sync option does not need to be enabled for MIP integration, however, MIP integration does not currently support Onedrive or WebDAV destinations. 

Customers may be added to future request - ISFR-2019.
