Missing metrics with Processes probe QOS Target enabled

Issue/Introduction

We initially deployed MCS Processes probe files but decided to deploy profiles via the probe instead.

We manually deleted the MCS profiles on the probe and deployed new ones via the probe directly but noted that metrics for the newly configured processes profiles are missing.

In this scenario the QOS target setting has been set to “$pname”

Environment

Any UIM and PROCESSES probe version

Cause

This issue is seen when the processes probe has profiles deployed both via Monitoring Profiles (MCS) and Profiles configured via the probe.

Resolution

1. Delete all Processes probe profiles deployed via MCS

2. Run the plugin_metric_correction probe commandset against the robot with the processes probe to ensure all processes profiles are removed from the plugin_metric.cfg

4. Run nisache_clean against the processes probe robot

5. Manually deployed the processes probe and added the profiles
