Issue/Introduction

Since upgrade to Client Automation 14.5 CU1, the caf dialog box (cfCafDialog.exe) does not appear anymore when a reboot or logoff is requested before or after execution of a SD job.
Reboot/Logoff is done after 30 minutes but no dialog box was displayed on the screen

Environment

Client Automation 14.5 CU1 or CU2

Resolution

With CU1, CAF Reboot/Logoff dialogs will be displayed as Windows Toast notifications.

It is possible to disable Toast Notification by settings this on configuration policy applied on computers :

DSM/Common Components/CAF/General/CAF Dialog: Enable Toast Notifications = False

With this settings legacy dialog box (cfCafDialog.exe) will appear again

Additional Information

Windows Notification may be disabled on the computers.

In this case this setting should be applied in order to get the reboot dialog box displayed.
