Getting Popup to after installing DLP agent On MAC machine

Issue/Introduction

User get following popup for DLP extension after installing DLP agent on MAC for Firefox browser.

Environment

Release : 15.8 

Component : DLP Endpoint on Mac

Resolution

Option 1: It is recommended to use MDM solution to deploy the Firefox extension on mac systems, more information on this method is available here Article ID: 199398

Option 2: Alternatively you may add them manually by using the following manual steps for Firefox Browser:

• In the Firefox browser, go to about:addons
• Click the cog button next to 'Manage your Extensions'
• Select 'Install Add-on From File...'
• Navigate to /Library/Manufacturer/Endpoint Agent
• Select dlp-firefox-addon.xpi
