404 error when casting package with Endevor Zowie CLI 5.7.5

Endevor Zowe CLI 5.7.5

Cause

Endevor CLI plugin 5.7.5 is not compatible with Endevor REST API V2. 

Resolution

Update ZOWE Endevor profile and use REST API V1 as the base path.
