Cannot add NBS (Network Boot Service) to a Site Server

Issue/Introduction

The customer set up several identical site servers. The customer was not able to add NBS (Deployment NBS plug-in) to one of the site Servers.

Environment

Release: 8.6

Resolution

The Symantec Management Agent and plug-ins were removed from the site server and then reinstalled.

After the reinstallation, the customer was able to add NBS to the site server.
