Attempts to successfully perform in CSM (MSM) ' Get latest maintenance' or 'Add external maintenance' for one end-user fails with the 'No Sites Found' message.

Cause

Missing login password credentials

Resolution

Providing a valid password for the CSM user via the Settings/System Settings/Software Acquisition page under UserID Login settings and hitting 'APPLY' corrected the problem condition.
