Disabling the patch remediation settings schedule breaks the PMImport page.
After disabling CentOS Patch Remediation Settings schedule the Shared Schedule page generates an error and the PMImport page can no longer be opened.

This issue has been reported to our Broadcom Dev team. A fix for this issue is currently targeted for our ITMS 8.6 RU3 release.
Run the below command in a command prompt as an administrator to re-configure the PatchManagment config files.
"c:\Program Files\Altiris\Notification Server\Bin\AeXConfig.exe" /configure "c:\Program Files\Altiris\Patch Management\Linux\Config\PatchManagementLinux.config"
Re-import problematic item (vendor policy) again. For example c88a8405-c513-4f4f-9c36-02f500fc26e9 for CentOS
