Autosuggest Logic on Resource Filter Search on Modern Project Staff

Issue/Introduction

Clicking the +Resource button in the Modern project > Staff tab, there is a need to search only by name and not other attributes such as ID or Role.
Where is this coming from and can this be configured?

Resolution

The Modern Staff > Add Resources button does not use the classic lookup(All Resources Browse).

It uses a REST API call to get the preview list:

The column retrieval is not configurable from the +Resources button.

Additional Information

As a workaround, the button(Add Staff > Resources) is configurable.
From the flyout panel, the wanted columns can be configured and the views can be saved and managed.
