Zoom is installed on agents but is not showing in compliance reports

Issue/Introduction

Zoom is listed in the “Remediation Center” but is not listed in the “Compliances by Update”.  

When checking the Software Inventory of computers, they show zoom is installed but the assessment scan does not include Zoom.

Environment

Release: 8.x

Cause

The zoom is not installed properly or by an appropriate installation file.

Resolution

Reinstall the Zoom with the .msi or .exe which is downloaded from https://zoom.us/download.
