Issue/Introduction

An agent does not start after the keystore and certificate were changed. The agent ends wit these messages:

 

U00029407 Public key mismatch in CSR request from Agent: 'Agent_Name'
U02000302 Agent shutdown has been initiated with return code '29407'.
          Waiting for File Transfer threads ...
U02000041 Shutdown Agent 'Agent_Name'.

Cause

Certificate.

Resolution

Logon to client 0 --> Administration --> Agents & Groups --> right click on the agent --> Reset Agent Public Key.
